Terms of use

Using the site

ImageScaling is free to use and needs no account. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

Your pictures and results

Pictures you open and files you save belong to you or to whoever holds their rights. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive your pictures and claim no rights in them or in your results. You are responsible for having the right to use and change the pictures you work with.

AI enlargement

The AI engines add detail that a neural network predicts. It can look convincing and still be wrong. Do not present AI-enlarged pictures as unaltered originals where that matters — for evidence, identification, journalism or scientific work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to create unlawful content, to forge documents or to impersonate anyone, and do not try to disrupt the site or the model file server.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. Results depend on your picture, device and browser; check every result before relying on it. Requirements for forms, prints and platforms are set by others — confirm them at the source. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data or a rejected submission. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs in its courts. Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version and its date are always on this page.
